I have purchased at Iyra Adithi after immense research. The facilities, amenities and underground infrastructure has been the first and best in class. The service meted out by Iyra team, both pre-sales and post sales have been very warm and applaudable.
Among the few plots that I had seen during my search, Adithi suited me very well due to the proximity to my work location. Iyra also helped me with clear titles.

I have purchased plot from Iyra Anandam..just wanted to mention my experience from Iyra properties.
I would like to thank the top management to identify the right properties where the future growth is expected.
Creating good roads, underground EB, rainwater collecting, park area, maintenance and etc ...
I would like to thank to management who is selecting good Employees and staff to provide good customer service...
Fixing the price for plots as per market standards and provide plots for all types of people at same place with different size..
Customer service and supports are extremely very good and I have never seen with other many property companies.
Many more good things with IYRA...
